Dear Bully: A Poem

November 29th, 2007

I thought you were too scared.
I thought I had run you off for once and for all.
I thought you had come to your senses
And screwed enough brains into your head to know you should never again mess with me.

You’re here again
To wake me up
To stare at me in the mirror
To be the air I breathe.

They say, who study you,
You are just a signpost of health,
That your visits mean we’re actually for the better
For keeping you company.

But I feel worse.

She knows not how much you stink
And how much you wear out your welcome all too fast
And how fickle and hormonal you are
Until she’s played hostess.

Does this mean I have twins?
:)

I’m so mad at you.
Go away.
I think I’ll stick Jesus on you.
So there.

    Yes :x

I hope no one is visiting my blog for the first time today!

    Do I sound bitter?

I just wanted to write it out … thought it would help. :)

(You know you’re pregnant when you use more than 2 emocions in your comments! haha!)

This too shall pass :) and another little baby or two will be blessing us all!

I am so fortunate I didn’t have to go through morning sickness Kristi. I’m a big baby about things like that. So, I can’t imagine how I would have coped. We’ll be praying this passes quickly. Who knows maybe this time it really will be twins…lol!!!

If it is twins you will be so lucky. I have 8 month old twin girls and they are so much fun. The morning sickness with them was awful though. I was hospitalized for a week because of it. I can’t wait to hear if it really is twins. Good Luck!

YOU GUYS ARE KILLING me with the twins comments! I’m roaring in laughter! Do you know how NOT WITH IT I am with my 3 kids?! Must not! :)

I have serious trouble now getting all of their teeth brushed at night and making sure no one has boogers on the way into church on Sunday. I cannot imagine what I will miss if I have two more sets of teeth and noses in a couple of years! hahaha!

praying for you and the sweet baby that is causing the morning sickness! i struggled with it with all my pregnancies and you’re right- it is NO FUN! but the result is wonderful- another blessing. congrats.

Hoping that this “season” will soon pass. I am thankful that I was only sick a few times when I was pregnant. In just a few months, these yucky days will be a thing of the past as you stare into the beautiful eyes of your little one! You are in my prayers!
So I guess this means no unusual cravings, huh? :)
