Good Birthday
Thanks for the birthday greetings, everyone. It was a great day for me. First, I woke up, and on the 5th of February it felt like the 5th of May! Yahoo! It was a beautiful, warm, breezy day where I live, and that was wonderful because I have always wanted God to make my birthday on a warm day; He knows how much I hate cold. So, thank You, God, for that!
Eric surprised me with taking the day off at work and taking all of us up to see our families and eat dinner with them. We are fortunate that both sides of our families live in the same town. In fact, my father and his father were in the hospital nursery at the same time when they were born. Isn’t that neat? It’s not a small town, either! Anyway, it was a wonderful surprise, and we had a great time. Steven got to pee for his relatives and tell them all about it in person. It’s the little things, folks.
We got back home a few hours ago, and the kids are still sleeping. I have to awaken them soon to go to church tonight. Wednesday nights are always fun because we grab a bite to eat at a restaurant with Eric, Lydia goes to choir, Eric teaches some private guitar lessons, I go to orchestra rehearsal, and the other two kids go to the nursery to play. It’s busy, but it’s one of the best parts of our week! So I don’t have much time or energy right now to think about being older and all of that, but I still feel very young… very young and very blessed. I pray that God gives me many more years and a full life here before I meet Jesus one day. Thanks again for your comments!

I know your families were very glad to see you! I’m sure the children were happy to see them as well. I’m glad to hear you had a great birthday and safe travels!
Happy B’day Kristi!!
How old are you?
Happy Birthday! I am glad that you had a great one! Those Wednesday night services are so great to bring a little bit of peace in my hectic week!
Again, Happy Birthday!
Happy Birthday sweet Kristi!!! You are a blessing to me as a sister in Christ and a long distance friend. Maybe one day (if we’re in the same place at the same time for a moment) we can sit down together and enjoy some tea and face to face conversation. Your joy for the life God has blessed you with and your zeal for God’s word are contagious. Thank you for your encouragement! May this year be full of His blessings and daily sufficient grace.
I knew your birthday was soon. Ooops, I’m a day late! Oh well, Happy Birthday anyway!!!! Glad to hear it was great one and a sunny day (that sounds great to me).
